Shinyu Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (brand: SHINYU) has been making plastic products in Dongguan, Guangdong, since 2000 and was formally incorporated in 2007. Today the company runs a full-cycle operation under one roof - from raw material selection and mold design to molding, finishing and delivery.
Injection molding and extrusion are at the core of what we do. We produce plastic pellets and finished plastic products, build molds, run custom molding programs and manufacture parts on an OEM/ODM basis for customers in furniture, building materials, piping, stationery, lighting, machinery, ventilation, EVs and golf carts, and safety products.
We work primarily with thermoplastics - PVC, ABS, PS, PP, TPE and PC - and can adjust formulations, match colors and modify compounds to suit each product. Our products are sold in more than 30 provinces and cities across China and exported to customers around the world.
Our plant covers 10,000 square meters and employs more than 80 people. A 6S quality management system governs every stage, from incoming raw materials and formulation to molding and final inspection, giving customers dependable quality at production scale.
Core Manufacturing Processes
Injection Molding
A fleet of CNC injection molding machines handles complex parts and housings that demand tight dimensional accuracy, with multi-cavity tooling for high-volume runs across a wide range of materials.
Extrusion Molding
High-volume extrusion lines turn out continuous-profile products - pipes, profiles, special shapes, cable trunking and bumper guards - with consistent cross-sections and a stable surface finish.
Mold Development
Two decades of mold-making experience and an in-house tooling team let us take a product from drawing or sample to production fast - designing, building, modifying and optimizing molds to shorten time to market.
Materials & Products
We process and apply thermoplastics including PVC, ABS, PS, PP, TPE and PC, tailoring formulations, colors and compounds to the job. Our range serves building materials, piping, stationery, furniture, lighting, machinery, ventilation equipment, EVs and golf carts, custom processing and protective products.
