Plastic Extruder
Plastic Extruder

Plastic extruders are the backbone of Shinyu Plastic's profile production. Raw pellets are melted at around 200°C and forced through a die to form continuous profiles - the process behind our PVC cable trunking, edge guards, bamboo-fiber wall panels and other custom extrusions.
During extrusion, thermoplastic pellets are heated and pressurized inside the screw barrel until they flow, then pushed steadily through a shaped die. The melt cools into the profile's final cross-section, so the entire shape is formed in one continuous pass. It is one of the most efficient molding methods in plastics, with low unit cost and high output.
Extrusion suits a wide range of thermoplastics such as PVC, ABS, PP, PE and PC, and produces pipes, rods, sheets, films, wire and cable coatings, and custom profiles of almost any cross-section. The same lines can also be used for compounding, granulating, coloring and blending of plastic materials.
Key Strengths
Continuous production - one pass forms the full profile shape, delivering high output and low unit cost
Wide material range - processes PVC, ABS, PP, PE, PC and other thermoplastics
Custom profiles - dies can be built for almost any cross-section, from cable trunking to edge guards
Stable quality - precise screw speed and temperature control keep dimensions consistent across batches
